It should be working now for subdivix (the other packages realroot, 
shape, ...
are not included yet by default):
cd subdivix; ./configure; make; ...
Let me know which  problem  remains on your side.

Otherwise, there are also some rpm:

The libs -llapack -lcblaswr -lcblas -lf77blas -lI77 -lF77 -latlas
are used/needed to have access to  the routines of lapack and blas
through C/C++ codes.
