Hi,

I see that autosave files have been added to the SVN server, such as

        linalg/include/linalg/real/dgeqrf.hpp~

Please remove these files and watch more carefully any new svn adds
that you do. Take your time for additions, rather than corrupting the archive.
Similarly, when adding entire directories, one should carefully remove
all hidden files, all autosave files and any other temporary cruft.
