The support for cmake has been extended:

 * Now mmx itself is a mmx package (with subpackages)
 * The default list of treated subpackages has been extended (to the 
default of automagix).
 * the generation of configuration files can be run out-of-source with 
mmxmake -dir ...
 * the creation of distribution (source, or rpm) is simplified
make package_source package
