The example in
http://www.mathemagix.org/www/basix/introduction.en.html
does not compile for me.

I added
#include <iostream>
and replaced cout by std::cout, to resolve the "cout not defined"
problem, but then it seems that the insertion operator for list
is not defined.

Am I missing something?  I got the source code with
svn checkout svn://scm.gforge.inria.fr/svn/mmx
a few days ago (early March 2011).
