Hello,

The good news of the end of the weekend:

A cmake support for mmx is now available!

(thanks Julien)

To build  the libraries *out of sources*,

mkdir build         # the directory where all will be built
cd build
cmake ../mmx        # or the directory of mmx
make
source local_paths  # to setup environment variables
mmx-light           # to run the interpreter


* The same process applies for the construction of one package
(cmake ../mmx/the_package).

* The axel plugins provided by package are also built with cmake
(including the moc generation).

* The CMakeLists.txt and cmake configuration files are generated by
mmxmake. See documentation in mmxtools/doc/texmacs/mmxmake.en.tm.
Dependencies are automatically taken into account for the libs, the 
glue, the axel plugins.

Warning: there are still some prolems to fix (eg. the option SIMD or the 
documentation). They should be treated in the next step.
